Phil last year fly fishing in NY StateMy husband came home this evening with 5 beautiful trout he caught on a stream while fly fishing today... (5 is the limit you can take). He recently joined a private fly fishing club in Pennsylvania, he usually only fishes where it's catch and release. Their flesh is pink like a salmon...beautiful. I have to admit though, I really dislike fish being filleted in my kitchen, they were cleaned already (guts removed).
But the end result...delicious...AND a very happy fisherman!
